Admittedly, when the pandemic robbed us of a whole summer spent listening to live music and watching our favourite sports teams from the stands, we were a little lost. But not for long. In true hap style, we were quick to think on our feet, drawing on our extensive staffing knowledge to pivot our business model and support various industries in the process.
We provided COVID-19 support teams, specialist cleaning staff and warehouse workforces. And, as part of our commitment to getting the hospitality, hotels and events sector up and running again, we even expanded our offering to include chefs and other kitchen personnel.
We’re here for you, year-round
Now, we’re able to provide our reliable, quality service year-round – with fully trained staff ready to hit the ground running. Our growing roster includes all kinds of positions – from waiting and bar staff to kitchen teams and front-of-house roles, and even security, admin, promotions, and stadium staff.
Already, we’ve been instrumental in helping businesses such as hotels recover from the pandemic. What’s more, with a number of these organisations finally opening the doors to new locations after several delays, our tailored staffing solutions have given them plenty of breathing room to scale at their own pace. Not only do we provide a dependable yet cautious way to ease staff in without having to commit, but we also help you save on recruitment costs – sourcing and supplying staff as and when you need them.

Of course, in addition to our amazing on-site teams, we couldn’t have got to this stage without the incredible people back at hap HQ. Earlier this year, we began expanding our sales division and welcomed Matthew and James to the team. Here’s a little bit about them both…
