If we were to list every single festival, match day, concert, and company event that we’ve made possible with our flexible staffing solutions this summer, we’d have enough to fill a short book. So, let’s simplify things instead.
In total, our team has taken hundreds of thousands of calls, onboarded tens of thousands of personnel, ran thousands of hospitality events shifts, and staffed more than 225 festivals – as well as tons of events – throughout the UK and Ireland. We’ve also welcomed more than 20 new members of temp staff to our growing office team, and (humble brag) amassed more than 1,000 new TikTok followers – find us at @hapstaff.
Here, there and everywhere
Like we mentioned above, hap’s people are experienced in staffing all kinds of events. So if you’ve had the chance to cheer on your favourite team, seen one of your music idols in the flesh, indulged in a spot of wine or cheese tasting at a local food festival, or even brushed shoulders with valuable connections at an industry networking event this summer, it’s more than likely that a member our team pulled you a pint, poured you a mixer, offered their advice on portaloos, or just served you with a smile.

Logistically it was challenging, but the event itself was amazing! What’s next?
Though we may be waving goodbye to muddy fields and wellies until next year, our work is far from over. What began as a seasonal venture is now a dedicated year-round staffing hub – not to mention a vital support network for the hospitality and events industry.
Football season is officially in full swing, and we’re now looking ahead to a few months of festive cheer. We’ve got staffing plans in place for Oktoberfest celebrations up and down the country, spooky solutions for Halloween events, and novelty jumpers at the ready for all those Christmas parties – they’ll come around quicker than you think!
