Looking back on 2022!


2022 has been fantastic for hap Solutions Group. We have provided staff to over 500+ festivals, events and venues, entered into the hotels and chefs sector, welcomed new clients and onboarding tens of thousands of staff members. Tens of thousands of staff provided across the UK & Ireland, working hundreds of thousands of shifts – our thanks to every single one of you!

We have also grown our hap HQ, and we now have over 60 members. Even though we have expanded, we have still kept to our core values; we care, we prepare and we’re open.

This year we chose Beechwood Cancer Care as our charity of the year. We raised £5000. Click here to find out about how we supported the charity. 

We like to host a range of social events throughout the year, and we started by inviting our operations team to our HQ for a briefing before summer, and we ended the night in Manchester. At the end of summer, we had our annual end-of-summer party, where the team headed to Twenty Twenty-Two for some pizza and drinks. We celebrated our sixth birthday in November, and we all ate a bit too much cake.

More recently, it was time for our Christmas party—this is a highlight in our calendar and something everyone looks forward to every year. This year’s theme was Moroccan nights!

2022 has been our biggest and best year to date – supplying staff to over 250 festivals and events, 500+ venues (from football stadiums to racecourses, arenas to hotels) all across the UK & Ireland. We’ve expanded into supplying new roles and sectors – most notably into Hotels & Chefs and Stewarding roles. We’ve welcomed dozens of new team members to our Head Office team, restructured and realigned our management teams, and brought on some fantastic new long-term client partners. 

We’re really looking forward to 2023 – and all the new opportunities that will come! Bring it on!

Jenny SeymourWhat a great 2022! The growth of the head office team has been fantastic to see, creating new departments, roles and multiple promotions within. We wouldn’t have managed the year without the hard work and dedication our teams display every day, constantly learning new skills and developing processes.
