Celebrating Team Promotions

At hap, development has always been more than just a conversation. It is something we actively invest in, encourage and celebrate. As we head into another busy summer season, we are proud to recognise several well-deserved promotions across our Staffing and Onboarding & Support teams.

These role changes reflect not only individual progression, but also the strength of building a business that promotes from within.

Francesca, Finn and Aneel have each progressed into roles within the staffing team, having all started their journeys with us in assistant positions. Their growth reflects the experience they have built, working closely with our workforce, clients and supporting the operational demands of festivals and large-scale events. Stepping into these new roles means greater responsibility across training, event delivery and team leadership at one of the busiest times of the year. As we head into summer, their knowledge and hands-on understanding of the staffing process will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly.

Alongside this, Aaron has moved into a new leadership position that brings together our Onboarding and Support teams into one collaborative function. By aligning these areas more closely, we are strengthening the way we guide and assist our workforce from their first interaction with us through to being out on site. A more connected structure allows for better communication, shared expertise and a more seamless experience for the thousands of staff who represent hap across the UK.

These promotions are a reflection of the culture we are committed to building. Many of our team members begin in entry-level roles and, through dedication and development, progress into leadership positions. Creating clear pathways for growth not only supports individuals in their careers but also strengthens the business as a whole.

As we prepare for another busy festival season, we are excited to see our team step confidently into these new roles and continue driving hap forward.
